Can I purchase gift cards/ certificates online?
No, gift cards and gift certificates are only available for purchase at the cinema.

I cannot make my show, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot give you a refund for the ticket purchased online or in person. However we can give you a pink ticket to view the same movie at a later date.

Is there a lost and found?
Yes, if the item was found, you can email or come in person to see if your lost item has been found.

When are ticket times posted?
Tickets for the weekend (Friday - Sunday) are either posted at the beginning of the week or on the Thursday before. Tickets for the week (Tuesday - Thursday) are posted on Sunday or Monday.

WHY ONLY LATE SHOWTIMES DURING THE WEEK?
We are a small business run by few people. If there is a snow day or school break, we tend to put more times during the day.

Can I host an invent in the theater?
Yes! We love having events at the theaters. Please send an email with an event inquiry so we can send specific details.

WHAT IF THE MOVIE I WANT ISN'T SHOWING? WILL IT BE SHOWN AT A LATER DATE?
We try to choose movies that everyone will enjoy. If we do not have a movie on its release date at the theater, we might not be taking it and we apologize. Some smaller studios have limited releases and we are not a part of that. Most movies that we take have Friday release dates.
